Houston suburbs, TX - Oakbrook expands its presence in north suburban Houston with major acquisitions and multiple developments close to The Woodlands, Conroe, and ExxonMobil's new North American headquarters.

Estero, FL - Hertz Corporation announces that it will construct its new global headquarters on acreage purchased from Oakbrook Properties, generating $300 million of annual economic impact.

Estero Oaks Center, Lee County Florida Oakbrook breaks ground on 36 acre mixed use community incorporating 280 luxury apartments interconnected with pedestrian-friendly commercial / retail and office uses.
2016
Hendersonville, TN - Oakbrook's first investment in Tennessee comes to fruition with the completion of the 99,000 square foot Indian Lake West Plaza anchored by a 55,000 square foot Hobby Lobby store.

Bonita Springs, FL - Oakbrook Properties completes the acquisition of over 1,500 acres within the City of Bonita Springs, Florida and begins its master planning of the city's northeast quadrant.
